Food Story Media Ltd runs this website. We make brand films, photography and social media for food and hospitality brands in London and New York. For anything about your data, email team@foodstorymedia.com.

We use the Meta pixel, a small piece of code from Meta (Facebook and Instagram). It tells us how our ads perform and lets us show our ads to people who have visited this site. Meta handles that data under its own privacy policy.

If you are in the UK or Europe, it only runs if you click Accept on the cookie banner. Elsewhere, including the US, it runs unless you switch it off below. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, it does not run.

Your choice is saved in your browser, so we do not ask again.

When you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email address and any answers you give, so we can arrange and hold the call. Calendly handles that data under its own privacy policy. We keep booking details only as long as we need them to work with you.

Your browser loads our fonts from Google Fonts, so Google sees your IP address. Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser and pages visited, to keep the site running and secure.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, object to how we use it, or withdraw your cookie consent at any time. Email team@foodstorymedia.com. If you are in the UK and unhappy with our answer, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
